Online video coaching · Never in-water

Stop paddling for
waves you can't catch.

Most beginners spend a whole session in the wrong spot. Positioning and wave selection matter more than technique in the first year, and both can be learned from footage before you next get wet.

The programs

Four programs, all built on your own footage

You film a session, we watch it properly, and you get the two changes that matter before your next surf.

How it works

Film it, review it, change one thing

In the water you have no idea what you look like. A phone on the sand solves that in one session.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes on where you surf, what you ride and what keeps going wrong.

Film a session

A phone on the beach, or a friend with a camera. Fifteen minutes is plenty.

Frame-by-frame review

Within 48 hours: what's happening, why, and the one correction to make.

Dry-land drills

Between surfs, so the change is there when the wave arrives.

How we work

Dry land only, and honest about it

Everything here happens on video calls. A coach is never in the water with you, supervises nobody, and cannot judge the conditions at your beach on the day.

So the rules are firm: take in-water lessons from a local school, surf where other people are, stay well inside your ability, and if the ocean looks wrong, stay out. Coaching improves surfing. It doesn't make anything safe.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Is this instead of surf lessons?

No. Take in-water lessons locally, especially at the start. This is the coaching between them — footage review, positioning, drills and forecasts — which lessons rarely have time for.

Can I surf alone?

Please don't, and we won't coach anyone planning to. Surf where there are other people, ideally with lifeguards on duty.

What board should I ride?

Almost always more volume than you want. Riding a board that's too small is the most common reason people stop progressing, and we'll say so plainly.

How do I film myself?

A phone propped on a bag on the sand works. Film wide rather than zoomed — positioning and timing matter more than close-ups.

I live nowhere near a beach.

A lot of this is dry land: pop-up drills, paddle fitness, breath work, forecast reading. Then you make the most of the trips you do take.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
